Please join us for our 2012 Annual Business Meeting. We will hold this year’s meeting in conjunction with the UAMS 18th Annual Residents’ Day. Business items include officer elections, a recap of the past year’s society business by President Joe Jansen, MD, and an overview of current legislative affairs by Dr. Mike Vollers.

Our guest speaker for the event will be Dr. John Ransom who oversees Baptist Health's heart transplant program. Dr. Ransom will speak about the hospital’s Ventricular Assist Device Program and the Heartmate II Ventricular Assist Devices. We hope you will make every effort to be a part of this meeting and look forward to seeing you.
